LuLu Rouge or the two producers Buda and T.O.M. understand it quite well to transfer electronic music from the dreamy darkness into the real consciousness. Deep dreamy soundscapes collide with the auditory, whereupon in our brain immediately resonance to far away worlds is built up again. The two Danes have a certain kinship to Trentemøller, so it is not surprising that T.O.M. supports him at live performances. Bass music at its best!

Tief verträumte Klanglandschaften prallen auf das Gehör, worauf in unserem Gehirn sogleich wieder Resonanz zu weit entfernten Welten aufgebaut wird. Die beiden Dänen haben eine gewisse Verwandschaft zu Trentemøller, darum verwundert es auch nicht, das T.O.M ihn jeweils bei Liveauftritten unterstützt. Bassmusik vom Feinsten!

Lee (scratch) Perry

Disco Devil " was created in 1976 when Lee Parry was no longer an active producer of Bob Marley. The Wailers, the band of Bob Marley, whose long existence is mainly due to Bob, was reshuffled several times, but found from 1972 two important new members Aston Barrett and Carlton Barrett on bass and drums, who previously played in the studio band "The Upsetters" of Lee "Scratch" Perry. The Upsetters was the real secret weapon of Perry, because early he recognized that good songs also have to do with solid music, especially if you want to technically alienate the arrangements.The genre "Dub" was probably invented by Lee, which brought him the appendage "Scratch" Perry. His specialty was to enrich sounds and musical passages with external equipment, sometimes several times with effects, called "overdubbing" in the jargon, which was very exotic at the time, especially since his style was very popular in the THC faction and still is! So Perry is also considered a pioneer of remixes and collaborations with DJs. Disco Devil as an 8 minute version was understood as an attempt to assert itself on the increasingly hip disco dance floors and accordingly to bring in some money next to the original by Max Romeo. Nowadays the techniques used for this purpose are used by many music producers, especially in the field of electronic music. By the way - Lee "Scratch" Perry lives in Switzerland these days and married Mireille, a dominant businesswoman who made headlines in the 80s. Lee Perry extroverted clothing style was already striking in the 70s and is even more so today!!! An aged bird of paradise, who must have seen many shades of color outside the "normal-perceptible" in his life, still acts very very youthful today. Lee Perry's creativity remains unbroken to this day. In 2003, he won the Grammy in the category of Best Reggae Album with his album Jamaican E. T..

Lee Perry extravertierter Kleidungsstil war in den 70er schon auffällig und ist es heute noch mehr!!! Ein gealterter Paradiesvogel, der in seinem Leben wohl viele Farbschattierungen ausserhalb des "normal-wahrnehmbaren" mitbekommen hat, agiert heute noch sehr sehr jugendlich. Lee Perrys Kreativität ist bis zum heutigen Tage ungebrochen. Im Jahr 2003 gewann er mit seinem Album Jamaican E. T. den Grammy in der Kategorie Bestes Reggae-Album.

Biosphere

Geir Jenssen (* 1962) is a musician and photographer from Tromsø, known since 1991 primarily under the name Biosphere. The atmospheric Norwegian landscape forms a source of inspiration for his timeless ambient soundscapes. Biosphere is considered the mastermind of ambient techno and arctic ambient. His track "Novelty Waves" was used for a Levis advertising campaign in 1995. His 1997 album "Substrata" was chosen by www.hyperreal.org as the best ambient album of all time. With numerous releases, he established himself as one of the most important artists and pioneers of ambient music today. His most recent work, N-Plants (2011), deals with the futuristically designed nuclear power plants of Japan's post-war economic miracle. Originally intended as a soundtrack to highlight the fragility of the power plants, the album was put in a new context by the subsequent earthquakes and nuclear disaster at Fukushima. The album received critical acclaim and reconnects with classic Biosphere releases with the warm soundscapes that meet and cold moods.

Wolfman

Nadine Carina - little House

The Ticino native shuttles between Switzerland and England and delights with her loop-based folk songs. The sound seems hypnotic, but never detached. Her voice lies somewhere between Emiliana Torrini and Regina Spektor - which can be heard on her debut "Magic Box". You can hear it: Ticino is definitely the warmest place in Switzerland!
